Why is distribution off water uneven in our country?

There is a uneven distribution of water over the globe including India because of uneven rainfall and different climatic conditions in different areas.
In areas with slight colder climate the water vapour get condensed easily and hence fall as a rain on the earth and hence some areas due to hotter climate does not receive rain which effect the distribution of water on the earth.
Hence it occurs due to uneven climatic conditions and Rainfall.
