why is hydrochloric acid acetic acid potassium is suitable for bathroom use ? why

HCl is a mineral acid which is strong enough with a very low pH level,strong enough to use in cleaning washrooms and vinegar ( contains acetic acid)can also be used to clean hard surfaces and remove calcium deposits.
