Why is it not essential for all the partners to share losses ?

It is not essential for all the partners to share losses, may be either any one or two partners can share losses of the business whereas there liability should be unlimited. For limited liability there must be limited liability partnership .  The share of profit and loss should be expressed in partnership deed clearly.
