Because it is a cycle that turns around and just like water cycle..

It is said that a rock cycle has neither a beggining nor an end because when magma is turned into igneous rocks they break and form sedimentary rocks and then they burry under earth, and metamorphic rocks are formed and then again the same process starts. Hence it is said that rock cycle neither begin or end.
