Why is the answer D for this? Arent all these statements true? Even the explanation says that sampling is less reliable and less accurate so that would make the statement true yet it says that the answer is D when the question asks for statements which arent true. Can someone please explain

​​​​Your point is correct as there might be some mistake option (d) should be like " reliable and accuracy of results". Second part of the given option (D) is correct as accuracy of result as we don't get accurate results. 
So, from sampling method we don't get reliable information and accurate results.
