Hello soma, here is the answer for your question-
  • Not all countries are democratic because of various factors such as Education, tradition/culture, or because the established power in that particular country.
  • Studies have shown that higher the education of the citizens, higher the participation in political activities and they are more likely to move to democracy.
  • Many countries like the Saudi Arabia has been traditionally under the control of a monarch and many others have been under dictatorship since years, and they have remained because the dictator/monarch has forcibly seized the media, opinions of the people, the education etc, as a result the citizens are not aware of the outside world and the importance of democracy.
HOPE I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION.

THANK YOU AND THUMBS UP PLEASE :)
