It is called that jal hai to kal hai because jal means water and kal means coming days and without water a human cant live because water is used in bathing , drinking , washing cloths , washing utensils , for plants and if there is no water provided in a day then a person may die and there will be no comming days no water means no trees and without trees a human cant exchange gases and without oxygen a human cant live for a wile and everything in the nature depands upon a water.
