why osmolarity increases down the henle's loop?

Henle's loop is permeable to water....so osmolality of the contents there is high.

as the concenctration of the interstinal fluid  increases as we go down due to U shaped strcuture of henle:s loop and continuous pressure gradient is created b/w interstinal fluid and descending loop of henle so maximum absorbption of water takes plase .....so urine which we excrete out should be more  concentrated...
