why plants do not have sensory organs ? As in case of memosapudica(do not touch me )plant its leaves contract when they are touched then how can they sense the stimuli to respond it when plants lack sensory organs ?Need fast !explain plz !!

Plants do have separate sense organs like animals but they have different mechanisms for detecting the stimuli. They do not need separate and complex sense organs as they do not move in search of food and water to other places to sense the things and also are much protected from the enemies. However, they have other mechanisms to feel the changes in the environment.
For example -
When you touch a 'Touch me not' plant it closes it leaves by regulating water content.
Venous fly trap, an insectivorous plant, traps the insects whenever insect comes in contact with it by loosing turgidity.
Shoots of plants grow towards light by releasing more auxins.
Roots move towards soil and water by releasing more auxins.
So it is clear that plant can sense all these changes happening around them and respond to them in their own way.
