why should a bisexual flower be emasculated and bagged prior to artificial pollination

Artificial pollination means when pollination is done by artificial methods. Bisexual flower is emasculated to prevent self pollination. Emasculation means removal of stamens. Then emasculated  flowers is bagged to avoid pollination by unwanted pollen grains.

artificial pollination means pollination done by the means of human beings artificially..in which favourable pollens are dusted on the stigma of the favourable plant..to prevent pollution or say contamination of stigma by pollen grains of the sme flower...the flowers are emasculated(anthers r cut down) and to prevent contamination my pollen grains of different flower the emasculated flowers are bagged by butter paper...
