Why should AIDS patients not be demeaned in the society ?

AIDS , which is a last stage of HIV virus doesn't spread by hand to hand contact . It is spread by semen , saliva , sputum etc. of the infected person . Therefore , AIDS victims shall not be demeaned in the society.
