why the answer is a haemolysis answer should be B. that is clumping of RBCs because when antibodies from Mother enter into foetus it would lead to agglutination so it would be clumping ?

If here is ans haemolysis then
If person having blood group a i.e has antigen a and antibodies b if donates his blood to person having blood group b then what would happen into thats persons blood it would be agglutination or haemolysis ?
