As checked, there's no such problem in the feature seen at our end.
We would advise you to clear the browser history, temporary internet files and cookies by pressing ctrl+shift+del together as these are certain hindrances in smooth functioning of the website features.
If it still doesn't work then we would advise you to switch the browser to either Mozilla firefox/ Google chrome for smooth and flawless access.
