Charley was not worried even by getting 200 dollars in exchange of 300 dollars because he knew that old currency are worth more than the modern one because of their least accessibility .One couldn't get old currency easily anywhere .And also he knew that in olden times , 200 dollar is more than enough in comparison of modern 300 dollars as things were not so much expensive in old days .
