Why water is not used to control fires involving electrical equipments

Water is a good conductor of electricity. If it is used it may harm those who are trying to douse the fire.Hence,they are not used.

water is a very much good conductor of electricity.  so it must never be used to extinguish fire involving electrical equipments. so as an alternate we can use carbon di oxide (co2) !!!!!

Water is not used for elctrical fires beacuse water being a good conductor of electricity, it could cause harm to the civillians trapped in the fire or to the fire fighters controlling the fire.
