Why we use have with i and not has?? Give reasons.

According to English grammar rules 'has' is used with mainly with second and third person singular subjects.
For example, She has a mark on your head. 
                     It has been done on time.

Have is used with first person singular (I) and with plural nouns and pronouns in simples sentences. In other cases, the use of have and has depends on the verb tenses.
