Part of money got by his wife =
LCM of 3,4 =12
4/12+3/12 = 7/12
Part got to his wife =12/12 -7/12 =5/12
If his wife got Rs 18000 We have to find the worth of his
property
Let total worth of his property = X

Now X*(5/12)=18000
12*18000=5X

216000=5X

X=216000/5=43200

Therefore, total worth of his property is Rs 43,200
