No, the treatment given by the anti-biotics doesnot help in curing AIDS disease, because, we all know that the anti -biotics are more powerful in bacterial cells than in viral cells.
Tge cell wall of bacteria are made up of cellulose,which is an easily breakable part, since the formation of cell walls in bacteria are prevented. But, the cell structure, material and all materials are different in virus compared to bacteria. So, antibiotics are only effective in curing bacterial disease.
