1) Ways in which animals help plants:-
- Dead and decayed animal wastes helps the plants by acting as manure and adding to humus of the soil.
- Animals help in pollination and hence in plant reproduction
- Animals breathe put carbon dioxide which is taken up by the plants.
2) Ways in which plants help animals:-
- Plants give out oxygen which the animals take up
- Plants provide nutrients and food to animals
- Trees help animals build their shelter
