You- Hello, I  had to dial this number today as it has been nearly 2 weeks that my telephone line is dead and no one has yet arrived to repair it!

Customer Care- We are extremely sorry ma'am ( or sir). A person from our department had gone to your residence 3 days ago, but your house was locked and so he returned back.

You- Oh! I didn't know this...I had to go for an important task; moreover I hadn't thought that one would arrive so many days ​after I register a complaint,

Customer Care- Ma'am we apologize for providing you inconvenience. Our repair-man will certainly arrive at your place today at the evening.

You- Okay, But kindly make sure that he does arrive today...

Customer care- Sure! Ma'am I reassure you your telephone we be all repaired by tonight.

You- Okay...fine...Thankyou.
