Dear Diary,
As you know, it is my birthday today and like everyone, even I have been waiting for this day for the whole year. My parents organised a lovely party for me and invited all my friends and relatives. The party was successful and all my friends had a great time. When everyone left, I hurried to the table where all the gifts were kept. One by one I opened each packet and admired everything. Dolls, games, box of chocolates, dresses, diaries, flower pots and many more things were there. Then I opened the packet given to me by my favourite aunt, and started jumping with joy. She had gifted me with the whole series of Harry Potter! This was amazing. I had wanted to read the whole series for along time and now my dream had come true. I am going to cherish this gift for ever.
