Sub: Regarding a column on insanitary conditions in the society

On behalf of the residents of my locality, I want to draw your attention towards the unhygienic conditions in our society. There is littering everywhere and people don't use dustbins in public. There is water logging, because of which it has become very difficult to walk properly on roads. I request you to please bring out a column in your newspaper targeting these areas to create awareness.
