I wish to draw your attention to the urgent need to improve the living condition of the residents of our colony.

Piles of garbage emit a foul smell and there are polythenes and wrappers strewn about in the colony. Open drains and poor sewage system lead to extremely poor sanitation and hygiene. Flies, mosquitoes and stray animals carry disease spreading germs to people. There is a constant danger of the outbreak of an epidemic. The living conditions can be improved by conducting regular cleanliness drives. the municipal corporation can help clean the sewers and drains. Dustbins can be provided in each corner. Roads can be repaired. The residents of the colony are willing to participate actively along with government agencies to clean the area.

I hope that the concerned authorities will take appropriate steps to help improve the living conditions of the residents of the colony.
