Sir,
I’m writing to express my concern about the increase in the garbage dumping on roads and diseases in my locality.
Due to the lack of proper disposal facility, people in my locality are throwing garbage all around. If they find a vacant land, they throw their garbage no matter what the outcome may be. Accumulation of the waste products results in contamination of air and water and the main reason behind air and water-borne diseases. Many life-threatening diseases are the consequence of contaminated water. Few of the most common diseases are Hepatitis, Cholera, Dysentery, and Typhoid. Respiratory infections and allergies are the common consequences of exposure to waste and garbage. The foul smell of dead and decaying garbage induce nausea and vomiting and this is one of the direct consequences of exposure to garbage.
I urge your readers to stop throwing garbage on roadsides and use designated garbage bins instead as it is a matter of health and safety. I believe garbage management is an individual's responsibility and we are the only one who can keep ourselves safe from the waste generated diseases.
