I am living in the second street of Preet Vihar.  At present, a huge mall is getting constructed near my house.  I often see many young children working at the site. At times, they do not have even proper clothing to protect themselves from the harsh weather. I feel that they are all under 18 and should not be working there. Instead, they should be going to schools so that they become better citizens tomorrow.  I feel bad for them and want help them. I request you to look into this matter and take strict measures against the people who are responsible for this.
