I want to bring this problem to your notice that the increase in the no. of street dogs is creating a havoc and also tension to the citizens in our locality.
Barking dogs always disturb the sleep of infants or frighten them up. Some of the bad dogs in your locality have bitten small children of our locality and also the guests who come to our houses.This increased the growth of the disease- Rabies in our locality. I request you to publish this news in the columns of your esteemed news paper so that further action can take place the the municipal authorities.
