You have always been encouraging us to develop the habit of reading because of which my parents bought me an annual subscription of a children's magazine. A few days back, while going through its latest edition, I came across an advertisement inviting entries from the students to write a short story. I was attracted towards it and wrote a story. I sent it to them and was eagerly waiting for the result.
You'll be glad to know that I have won the first prize and my story has been selected to be printed in that magazine in the next edition. I just wanted to thank you for your continuous support and guidance and promise you that I'll try to achieve many more such awards in the days to come.
