you can write the letter as the comment on the top of mine ,but my teacher always says to add a reason for what you require a leave.like here you hve to go out on a vacation so what you can say is for eg.you have'nt been out of station for quite a long time along with your family so your parents have planned a trip out of station to relax as well as spend some quality time with your family.this will be a good reason for your leave letter.
