I would like
to draw your attention to the appalling condition of facilities for
the public at the Ahmedabad railway
station

The taps are
always either broken or there is no drinking, the platforms are
littered with leftovers or plastic wrappers and the installed fans
do not work at all As a daily commuter I have also noticed that the
staff employed for the task of maintenance often do not show up for
duty The railway tracks have become overflowing garbage bins, so
much so that they obstruct the smooth flow of
trains

It is my
earnest request that you will kindly look into the matter at the
earliest and take immediate
action
