Dear Maddy,
  How are you? I am fine here and hope that this letter finds you in good health. I heard from my mom that you've been suffering from several problems such as, back pain, indigestion and headache.
  I am, hence, writing you this letter to tell you about the benefits of yoga and how it can help you get rid of the problems you are facing! Yoga is a gateway to a healthy body, mind and soul. It has various branches that range from vigorous excercising for body building to meditatioin for a peaceful mind. It has a wide range of excercising routines that people of all ages can do. I advice you to do Surya Namashkar daily as I've read and experienced that it is very effective for body aches and joint pains.
  Along with this letter I'm also sending you a book that has helped me with my yoga training. I hope it helps you get healthy. Say my hello to Uncle and Aunty and tell them I'll come and visit you soon.
