Write a letter to your principal to change your class

Dear student,

Such questions are made for enhancing the self creative skills and should be tried answering on your own. However, here are a few points that will help you in framing your answer:

You haven't mentioned the reason for changing the class. However here are 2 examples:

A: Change of class
- I am ABC, a student of class VI - A of your school.
- This is to bring to your attention that our classroom is situated on the ground floor in the South Wing of the school.
- The windows open to the school playground at the back of the school building.
- As a result, continuous noise from the playground disturbs the classes in progress.
- The students tend to get distracted due to the loud noise and many even keep peeping out of the classroom, following games being played!
- You are requested to change our class room to a more appropriate portion of the school building so we can concentrate o our studies during study periods.
- Thanking you in anticipation.

B: Change of Section
  • I am ABC, a student of class VI - A of your school.
  • I want to change my section from A to B.
  • The reason for the change of section is that most of the students who are in section B reside in the area where I stay.
  • Thus it is easier for me to contact them when I require help related to studies.
  • Also, I hardly know anyone in section A thus, I am finding it very difficult to adjust with my new classmates.
  • I am unable to concentrate on my studies too.
  • If I am transferred to section B, I would be able to do better in my studies.
  • Thus I request you to transfer me to section B.
