Write a paragraph on how were you caught in a storm

Dear student 

The following question tests your creativity and should be attempted on your own. However here are a few useful hints. 

- I was visiting my friend's house when it skies darkened at it started to rain. 
- Since we were inside playing we didn't know how badly it was raining. 
- Suddenly the power supply was cut off and we went to investigate. 
- When we opened the door, we felt the strong winds blowing. 
- Rain was pouring furiously. It was thick and we could not even see outside. 
- We decided to wait until the storm passed, but it kept pouring. 
- I had to stay overnight at my friend's house as the rain fell continuously. 
-Water started entering the house and we had to run upstairs to the first floor. 
- We slept through the night, even though the howling of the wind kept waking us up. 
- Next morning, the bright sunlight pouring through the windows woke us up. 
- We looked outside and we were startled. Trees had been uprooted and electric cables had snapped everywhere. The water level was two feet high. 
- It was one of the worst storms I had faced.
