Colonisation refers to the process of movement of large-scale population where the migrants have their strong links with their (or their ancestors') former country. It is also a process of establishment of the control over the indigenous people of any area. For example :- America, Australia, New Zealand, Algeria, and Brazil used to be controlled by the people from European powers. It is known as colonisation.
