      This is to inform you that my father has be given a transfer to MNP city by his employer due to change in requirement of business needs and locomotion. 
       I am a student of your esteemed institution studying in class 7 "B". Due to my father's transfer my family is going to relocate to MNP city shortly and I request your good office to be kind as to issue a Transfer Certificate and Marks Card in lieu of my leaving this school and joining a new school in the other city.
       As much as I would regret leaving this school, it is of utmost importance that I seek admission to a new reputed school under stipulated time. Your patience and effort in this regard is highly appreciated.
