Write iupac name

Solution
While naming an IUPAC compound, numbering should start from that end from where functional group gets lowest number. In the given compound, ketone is the functional group and therefore, numbering should start from carbon containing ketone group.
The parent chain has 5 carbon atoms arranged in a ring, so, the word root will be "cyclopent". Two ethyl substituents are present at 3rd carbon which will be added as prefix. It is a saturated ring and ketone is present at 1st carbon atom, so the suffix will be "an-1-one".
Therefore, the IUPAC name of the compound will be "3, 3-Diethylcyclopentan-1-one".
