Surontiko Samin was born in 1859 in the village , Randublatung in , Java, Indonesia.Samin was a very poor Javanese peasant farmer who spent the later part of his life developing and preaching the doctrine Samin or Saminism, which rejected the concept of colonial Dutch rule in the 19th and 20th centuries. he said that the state could not own the forests of java since it had not made them. soon a large number of people started following his ideas.
