Write two energy yielding reactions of glycolysis ?

Dear Student,

Glycolysis is the process of breakdown of glucose into simpler form i.e. Pyruvate. After glycolysis, the amount of energy and type of compounds produced depends upon the amount of oxygen present. Glycolysis occurs in cytoplasm of the cells.

1,3-bisphosphoglyceric acid when converted to 3-Phosphoglyceric acid yields ATP.

2-Phosphoenol pyruvate when converted to pyruvic acid yields ATP.
Hope this will help you out.
Regards
