X,Y and Z are partners sharing profits and losses in the ratio 3:2:1. it was decided that in future Z will get 1/4th share in profit . calculate the new profit sharing ratio and sacrifise/gain of all the partners .

It was decided that Z will have a share of 1/4 in the firm

The remaining share i.e. 1 - 1/4 = 3/4 will be shared by the remaining partners in their old ratio i.e. 3:2

New Ratio:

X = 34×35=920Y = 34×25=620Z = 14×55=520New Ratio = 9 : 6 : 5
