Y is sleep important for every human being???

Having a good sleep is necessary for every human.
1. sleep will help in reducing obesity.
2. it will help your brain to function actively with enormous power of concentration and enhance memory.
3. It improves athletic and physical performance.
4. Less sleep will cause increased risk of heart disease and stroke.
5.It can lead to depression.

So it is advisable for people of different ages to sleep accordingly:-
 
Infants -Sleep range widened two hours to 12-15 hours (previously it was 14-15)
School age children (6-13): Sleep range widened by one hour to 9-11 hours 
Teenagers (14-17): Sleep range widened by one hour to 8-10 hours (previously it was 8.5-9.5)
Adults (26-64): Sleep range did not change and remains 7-9 hours
