This is to inform you that the sports items purchased from your firm and supplied to Sunglow Public School were found to be defective and damaged. The cricket bats were chipped, some of the footballs have frayed seams and an entire crate of tennis balls was found to be discoloured.

We would like you to take prompt action and replace the damaged goods at the earliest.
