As diameter is measured by using 2 wooden bloks and scale. So we can easily get radius of same dividing diameter by 2.
So for tennis ball volume can be calculated as

V = 4/3 πR³  

For wooden cyliner,radius we know and height H of cylinder can be measured with help of scale. So volume will be
V = πR² H
