Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you that the Titan watch I had recently
purchased from your showroom is not functioning properly the very
next day The second hands needle has stopped completely I also
observed that the glass covering of the watch has a slight crack on
it

As it is an expensive watch, I would prefer a full refund for the
watch or a replacement at the earliest
