Dear Diary,

Today, I had a frustrating experience at the ticket booking window at the railway station.

I had gone to book tickets for a trip to Goa, but came back disappointed at the chaos prevalent there. There was no order, practically no queue, it was sheer 'right of might'! After protesting for long I got the opportunity to meet an official there who paid no heed to the issue. Agents approached me openly, offering help for a fee. Finally, I gave up and decided that I would opt for online booking to avoid the harassment. I hope that the authorities will take appropriate steps to solve the problems faced by the common man.
