It is definitely a compliment to Albert Yuri was a very good friend
of Albert and knew that he could not lie at all He knew that even
if he tried, he would be caught Therefore, he asked Albert not to
fool the doctor or try to deceive him and thus, be practical and
honest with him about the reason as to why he needed the
certificate that would certify that he had a nervous breakdown
