Q: What should be the preparation strategy for AIPMT 2015 in the remaining months?
Ideally the aspirants must begin countdown for the exam with just 70 to 80 days left for the exam day. Students should divide their planning strategy into unit wise chunks. Further they should divide preparation time for the topics day wise and hour wise for each subject. This will help them to get concrete output at the end of each remaining days.

You can divide each section into chapters done or chapters not done by you. Now tackle your syllabus in the following manner based on how many days remain:

Exam is in 2 days – If you have done most of important chapters then just leave out anything not done, however important the chapter is. If many important chapters are not done yet take 2-3 most important chapters and do 25 questions each.

Exam is in 2 weeks– Take one new chapter daily and practice 25 questions on each. Also take a few important chapters daily and revise them using notes and practice a few questions. Leave out the last day for revision only.

As per the analysis of questions in last year’s AIPMT, 60% questions are average, 33% are difficult and 7% above the difficult level.With 51% questions from class 11. In 2015 AIPMT is predicted to contain trick questions from Physics & Chemistry.

You would have made some notes or formulae sheets on each chapter earlier, in the last minute make sure you revise a few chapters (ideally 5) daily. Revise the chapters in the order of their importance in the exams.
