The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced their SSC or Class 10 results on June 8. The Board conducted the exams for Class 10, this year, from March 1-24. In 2017, the results were announced on 30th May. Students can check their results on any of the following pages: mahresult.nic.in, maharashtraeducation.com and results.mkcl.org.
17.51 lakh students appeared for the exam in 2018, out of which 89.41% (over 14 lakh) students have cleared it. The number is a slight drop from the pass percentage of 2017, registered at 89.50%. Over estimated 2.5 lakh students passed with first division marks (over 60 per cent).
