    Though I find it hard to stick to my study schedule, I try my level best to keep up with portions and avoid distractions. But teaching someone else is a method that I find really effective. Thanks for the tips.

    Really it is very helpful for we students…becz sometime v need help of this kind…i am agree with some of the things..which gave benefits to me…like excercise increse stamina..foodgrains focus on study..mediation results on more focus…breaks will increase learning skills…etc..thanks meritnation..
