1.)what do the differently written term 'Cry' and 'cry' represent ?
2.) how does the gene of an enzyme a-galactosidase can be used as selectable marker? how is it better then other traditional marker like antibiotic resistance genes?
A bacteria has one or more than one plasmid in its cytoplasm.suppose,we isolate a plasmid and destroy its tetracyclin resistance character by introducing genes by using restriction enzyme BamHI.and then insert it back to the bacterial cell.then, the r-plamid will form more and more r-plamid within the bacterial cell.suppose,we grow it in medium containing tetracyclin. Why will it dies, since i remind you it has other plamid which has tetracyclin resistance gene. Please explain me then how selectable marker works?
how does PCR know THAT AMT OF DNA IS LESS?I WANT IT URGENTLY.
