    Sol: 8 x 2100 + 4 x 2101        

    We can write 8 = 23  &  4 = 22

    Now, 8 x 2100 + 4 x 2101    =   23 x 2100 + 22 x 2101
                                                =  2103 +  2103
                                                =  2103 (1+1)
                                                =  2103x 2
                                                =  2104

    Hence option D is the correct answer.
