The different types of maps are:
1.Physical maps-Physical maps,or relief maps,show the natural features of a particular area like forests,rivers,lakes,plateaus etc.
2.Political maps-Political maps show cities,states,countries,and continents.
3.Thematic maps-Thematic maps show specific information like roads in a country,average rainfall,soil types etc.
